Too much money for a cheap ringEnso is a company that provides etched silicone rings featuring popular franchises such as “Star Wars”, Disney/Pixar rings and more. Including wedding bands, birthstone, bracelets designed for men and women.They are pretty much unisex rings. And while there are those who love their metal-based rings, there are those who don’t care to wear metal rings are perfectly fine with a hypoallergenic ring made of silicone (Enso does make some fused with metal)… If anything, it’s no doubt different from the usual traditional ring.So, if you want something different, something not metal, then Enso is the way to go!Enso is a company that definitely delivers in a “something different” creative and very cool type of way!For me, I have reviewed numerous Enso rings but what I like about them is that I can change the ring according to the colors that I feel like wearing for the day. May it be to match my outfit or just something I want to wear.For this review, I am reviewing the Enso Rings Disney Mickey and Friends Collection (Mickey Mouse - Black).There are different Enso Rings in the Disney Mickey and Friends Collection. You have the metallilc purple Daisy Duck, the metallic blue Donald Duck, the metallic gray Goofy, the black Mickey Mouse, the metallic light blue Mickey & friends (featuring numerous Disney characters), the pink Minnie Mouse and a metallic brown Pluto ring.It was a hard decision, but since I had metallic blue, I went back and forth with metallic gray and metallic brown as I do like both characters, but in the end, I thought about of all these characters, who was my favorite, and my favorite has always been Mickey Mouse, so I went with black.The ring features in large letters, MICKEY and a few areas featuring Mickey Mouse.It’s important to note that compared to other Enso rings (such as the Star Wars collection), this is one of those with a smaller height. It's important to note that not all Enso rings are the same height and I can tell you this one is the same height as a standard wedding band, so average height at most, but not the thicker height like the Star Wars Enso rings.The ring which retails for under $45 is comfortable around my finger and because it can stretch, being a silicone ring, the ring is also engineered with Anti Ring Avulsion Technology to break away and protect your finger.Afraid it may get stuck, fortunately its Silicone, so there is some stretch. But I chose my ring size and it fit just perfectly!Another plus is that inside the ring are breathable channels, so it helps keep your fingers dry and comfortable.So, if anything, if you love Disney and are a fan of silicone rings, definitely give the Enso Rings Disney Mickey and Friends Collection a try!TLDR: The Disney design on this ring is the coolest! I got the Mickey and friends design and love that all of the characters are on there. This is a ring that is a little on the harder side of silicone though.I do really like this ring so far, it has the coolest design and is a beautiful color. It’s a white blue shade with glimmering sparkles throughout. It really pops on my hand and is comfortable in general.I will say that even though this is silicone it’s not a soft silicone. It’s bendable and movable yes, but it’s definitely harder than most silicone rings I own. It does make it a little more noticeable than other rings of this kind, but it’s still pretty breathable and comfortable.Also I definitely tried to go by the sizing chart and it wasn’t very helpful as it was too hard to decipher exactly where my size landed on the chart during measuring. I went ahead and went a size up that I usually do and definitely should’ve gone a size down from my normal size! Sadly this almost falls off and is really loose. I’m using a band to help keep it on for now and maybe one day will get a different size in a different color! Really nice ring though, especially if you love Disney! Just keep in mind the sizes so that you get the right one for you!For about 18 years, my daughter has been obsessed with Goofy. She was never into princesses or Mickey, always Goofy. When I saw this ring, I just knew I had to get it for her. You don't often find adult-style merchandise for the Goofy lover. She loves it. She wears it every day and enjoys the subtle homage to her childhood idol.The ring has held up perfectly for about month now. None of the imprinting has been affected by wear and tear. The silicone is a bit more forgiving than metal and stretches some. She definitely finds it more comfortable than metal. This is a great gift for a Disney fan, especially if they have a favorite character who isn't as often represented.Ordered the Mickey & Friends Enso silicone ring in my normal size, and it fits perfectly. One of the first things that I noticed about it is that the design is quite subtle on this one. If you look at the description pics, it appears that the Mickey and Friends design is the most subtle of the choices. The color is an icy silver-blue. It has all the major characters on it - see the pics for all the characters.Also took a pic of the actual width of the band because those close-up pics in the description tend to make it look thicker than it actually is. These rings are great on those hot days when fingers can swell. Also great for outdoor exercise activities because sweat does not collect under them.I usually apply some hand lotion before putting the ring on to help it slide over my finger better. Have not noticed any stretching in the ring. Really enjoy the cute design choices from the Enso brand.Love this, such great quality and love the mickey design.Looks great. Nice print.
