I ordered a ring that ended up being too small and it broke during stretching. It took a while to get through with customer service or when it was all said and done they gave me a full refund and my item for free. Great customer service highly recommend themSince my skin's so darn pale, I wanted a silicon ring that's white so I look somewhat tan :) After wearing it about a month, it hasn't yet faded or peeled, etc. Expensive for 1 silicon ring, but it's the only white ring I saw on Amazon.Industrial accidents occur and are often life changing…not in a good wayA finger can easily be de-gloved if a metal (gold etc) ring gets caught in a handheld or stationary machine.Many years in Safety I saw more incidents than I would have liked. Frankly one was too many.This simple silicone ring can save a wearer from all that.You do a lot to protect yourself at work and in sports.Do this one additional step.I thought the band would be wider. The edges are not smooth like a comfort fit would be. In the description it says if the size is wrong you can get another size that fits and not return the one you got. There is no way to do this. Unable to contact the company. All you can do is return the first one and order another size.Ring has held up surprisingly well in hard labor. Very comfortable. Ring will slip off if hands are very oily, but any ring would. I just reordered again.Ring is breaking apart after 3 years.The team at Thunderfit do a great job taking care of their customers. Back in March I ordered a set of the 4 pack silicone wedding rings. When I received them they were too big. My fault I ordered the wrong size. Thunderfit contacted me to make sure I was satisfied with the rings. I told them they didn't fit and I would be ordering a different size as soon as that size was back in stock. I didn't ask to return these or ask for a replacement. It was my fault I ordered the wrong size. The team at Thunderfit had stated previously that ANY issue with the rings they would replace them. I again told them that wasn't necessary since it was my fault. But, they went ahead and sent me a code for a free set of rings. I kept checking on the size I needed for a few weeks to see if they were back in stock, but they weren't. I actually forgot about getting the rings until the end of June. I was ordering something else from Amazon and just thought I would check to see if the size ring I needed was in stock and it was. I placed the order then went back and found the e-mail from Thunderfit with the code for rings and it still worked. I got the rings for free. Thunderfit is a company that made every effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The rings are very well made. Other silicone rings I had previously purchased kept the area of my finger under the ring wet and wrinkled. I had to keep taking them off and letting my finger dry out. These do not. I have been wearing them for a few days now and have not taken it off. I recommend if you are looking for silicone wedding rings to try these. The Thunderfit team will make every effort to assure you are satisfied with their product.The sizing instructions had me order a size which was way too big. I order another set and they were a little big but I kept them anyway. Since they were still a little too big I lost one one while doing dishes. I thought I lost it down the garbage disposal but I found it two weeks later in the bottom of the dishwasher. It had run through the wash cycle a couple of times and came out looking just as good as it did when I got. In the meantime I did order another set but I order the ones with the stripe in the middle (I loved the blue one) but they were thicker than the previous order and ultimately too small. I sent those back and ordered yet another set and these are the perfect fit and I still get a blue one. I would like to personally thank Roman from ThundFit for his patience while I worked through this sizing issue. Roman sent me an email with each order and I’m sure the poor guy was tired of seeing me pop up on his order list. When ThunderFit says they will correct any issue without hassle they mean it!
